The Volkswagen Touareg is a superb choice for people looking for a luxurious 4x4. They offer a high level of comfort and practicality coupled with a great drive position and solid road handling and presence.
This is the superb 3.0 litre Altitude model and finished in glorious Shadow Blue – complete with dark grey leather. It also has privacy glass and chrome window surrounds. The colour really does match the shape and lines of the Touareg and this simply must be one of the best colours – it really catches the light well and is even more stunning in real life than in the photo’s!
The car came in to us with the standard Touareg Altitude 19†alloys wheels, but it is our opinion that the 19†wheels do look a touch small on such a large car and we have found that many customers prefer a larger wheel size. Therefore, we are able to supply (at an additional cost) BRAND NEW 20†upgradded alloys – as shown in the photographs, all fitted with brand new tyres. The wheels are black on the internal sides (to match the body colour) with polished faces. These really do complete the look of this stunning car, and the optional wheel upgrade can be purchased for just £795 (cost).
Being the Altitude model, the car comes packed with special features as standard, including the full Sat Nav system, CD auto changer, multi-function steering wheel, privacy glass, heated electric and folding door mirrors and so on. However, this particular car also has a great range of additional features which are optional extra’s for the Altitude, these include:

This model is fitted with the superb 3.0 Turbo Diesel engine which provides a more than capable 221bhp and provides a very smooth ride. This car features an excellent 6 speed automatic gearbox complete with optional Tiptronic manual gear changes for maximum control. THE EXTERIOR:
The car is finished in stunning metallic Shadow Blue with chrome window surrounds and is in excellent condition all-around. The privacy glass against the blue bodywork and silver window surrounds really does finish the car off beautifully.
The car is photographed fitted with BRAND NEW 20†upgraded alloys to complete the look of the car, and we have fitted these wheels with brand new tyres. These wheels are not included in the price shown and can be purchased (if desired) for an additional £795. The car is also fitted with the optional extra official VW roof bars, which are completely adjustable, lockable and also removable should they not be required.
THE INTERIOR:
As is to be expected from a top of the range VW model, the interior is sheer luxury and finished to the highest standard. The dash board trim and door trims are all finished in genuine leather.
The seats are finished in dark grey leather, and all seats are in perfect condition. There are no tears, rips or stains and are exactly as they should be. Both front seats are fully electric and move in 12 different ways for maximum comfort.
The car is fitted with VW’s excellent computerised Control system, which is an integrated CD player, radio, and Sat Nav system.
Also, there is a full iPod connection within the centre console to allow you to listen to your iPod without the need for unsightly wires or wireless radio transmitters. A very useful feature!
The car is fitted with parking sensors for both front and rear and are 100% fully functioning and very useful when parking. They emit a beeping sound when nearing an object, and also have a visual ‘bar’ system.
SERVICE HISTORY:
The car has a FULL VOLKSWAGEN SERVICE HISTORY from new and comes complete with the stamped VW Service Log book.
The car was fully serviced with VW Inchcape Southend-on-Sea at 19,238 miles. This car is on the longlife service schedule and so requires servicing approximately every 20,000 miles (the onboard computer will advise you when a service is coming up).
