The cars bodywork has been treated by Supagard, which is an excellent (and costly) process that protects the paintwork of the car as well as making is both easier to clean and polish.
This is the superior 177bhp version (as opposed to the 170bhp E270 which also exists as a variant), and benefits from having had an Evolution remap. This very well-respected and reliable upgrade boosts the power from a capable 177bhp to 207bhp, as well as taking torque from 400nm to 470nm. All of this whilst also increasing fuel economy. Evolution claim that economy is increased by as much as 20% for like-for-like driving after the remap. This figure may be a little hopeful, but even a 5% increase in economy whilst having a more capable car makes this remap an absolute gem!
This model is fitted with the excellent Mercedes 2.7 litre diesel engine, which provides a very capable drive with 177bhp and 400nm of torque (in standard form) – perfect for day to day driving or cruising the motorways.
Fuel economy is excellent in the E270, returning 41.5mpg combined, with 53mpg possible for longer ‘extra urban’ journeys.
THE EXTERIOR:
The car is finished in glorious metallic blue and is in excellent condition all-around. There may be couple of small stone chips to the front of the car as to be expected – but we’re being overtly picky, you’d have to purposefully search around for them!
The alloy wheels are the optional extra genuine AMG alloys, which have been recently refurbished and are virtually immaculate. In addition, the car benefits for having a fairly recent full set of four Avon tyres.
The car has front and rear parking sensors fitted, which emit an audible series of bleeps to the driver, as well as having both front and rear visual distance meters – which can be extremely useful when parking in tight spaces.
The paintwork has been treated with Supagard protection, which helps protect the paint from day to day minor marks and scratches, as well as making it a lot easier to clean and polish.
The car is fitted with folding wing mirrors, which are set to automatically unfold when you open a door, and automatically fold back into place when you lock the car again.
Another nice feature is the automatic boot release. Simply hold down the button on the key and the boot automatically springs open ready for loading.
Make no mistakes – this car looks absolute stunning. A real eye-catcher!
THE INTERIOR:
The seats are finished in grey leather, and all seats are all in extremely good condition. These are the perforated leather type, which was an £950 option when new, as well as electrically lowering rear headrests for maximum rear visibility when no passengers are in the back of the car.
Front seats are heated for maximum comfort on those cold winter days.
The cabin of this particular car feels extremely spacious and luxurious due to the colour combination of grey with wood trim – all of which perfectly compliments the exterior colour of the car perfectly!
The wood trim is extended on to the steering wheel, which is a much higher quality than the standard E Class steering wheels as this is the leather and wood optional extra wheel (costing £590) which has extended leather sections, and wood effect sections. It really is a lovely looking steering wheel and really does help to set off the interior.

The car has a FULL SERVICE HISTORY from new and comes complete with the stamped Service Log book.
