The Spyder is a two-seater convertible Grand Tourer, and is powered by the superb (and very famous) 4.2 litre 390bhp Ferrari/Maserati engine. The Spyder was selected by Forbes as the best GT available upon launch, and is also preferred by many owners to the Spyder’s brother, the Maserati Coupe due to better handling helped by the 8.6 inch shorter wheelbase.

The car is finished in one the of best available colour combinations of gleaming Grigio Touring silver bodywork with black convertible hood (and also with the gorgeous red brake callipers – a £345 optional extra) and is in superb order. The car is fitted with the superb Ferrari/Maserati naturally aspirated engine, which produces a thrilling 390bhp with a peak torque of 333ibs at 4500rpm. The sound of the engine is truly in a league of its own, and it’s very easy to understand why motoring enthusiasts fall in love with this outstanding marque.
This is the much sought after Cambiocorsa (Italian for “Race Changeâ€) model, which has the Formula 1 style gearbox with the large gear shift paddles on the steering wheel. A true drivers dream-car!

THE EXTERIOR:
The car is finished in gleaming silver and is in absolutely superb condition all-around. There may be the odd very minor mark here or there as it is a used car, but the car is simply stunning and the condition is genuinely excellent all round. It’s a car that has been very well loved and cared for.
The 18 inch genuine Maserati alloy wheels really do finish off the look of the car and all four wheels are in excellent condition. We have just had two of the wheels professionally refurbished as they had some very minor kerb marks, so all four wheels are now in excellent condition and all four tyres have plenty of tread.
The roof is in excellent condition, with no rips, tears or stains and operates perfectly.
THE INTERIOR:
Being a Maserati the interior is a luxurious and sports orientated. It is a surprisingly comfortable cabin (perfect for longer journeys – hence it success as a Grand Tourer) with a great layout and bags of personality.
The seats are finished in glorious black leather, and all seats are all in extremely good condition and finished with the Maserati logo. The seats are electric, and are also heated (a £210 optional extra), and the drivers seat also has two memory settings – perfect if the car is driven by more than one person as you simply press the button before getting into the car and the seat will automatically adjust itself to your personal position.
The car is fitted with the optional extra Sat Nav head unit, which also displays radio information, CD and CD Changer information, volume, temperature, climate control fan speed and so on. This is a very luxurious optional extra (costing £1,640) and really does make the car more desirable as it makes the car more user-convenience orientated.
There is also an iPod connection which has been installed within the centre armrest console, which is a welcome addition for people who prefer their own music rather than radio and don’t like constantly changing or listening to the same CD’s.
The roof is fully electric and takes around 30 seconds to raise or lower, and stows itself away into the central boot compartment.
The car also has the Blaupunkt 5 CD Changer, which is located in the boot and completely operated from the head unit (Sat Nav unit).
SERVICE HISTORY:
The car has a FULL SERVICE HISTORY from new and comes complete with the stamped Maserati Service Log book and full owners pack.
The car has been maintained by Maserati and Migliore Cars (www.ferrarimaserati.co.uk – a Ferrari and Maserati specialist) and we have just had the car serviced with Migliore Cars ready for its new owner. The service interval on these cars is every 10,000 miles or 12 months.
